Lavender ice
15gm Lavender
500ml Water
Methods:
-Mix the Lavender and water in a pot.
Bring it to boil around 2-3mins.
-Cool down the liquid as fast as
possible.Strain the liquid and keep the Lavender aside.
-Pour the liquid to ice maker and add
in few Lavender.Place it in freezer.
Serve:
-Pour some water into a small cup.Add
in the ice cube.
-Served with some honey(optional).
