Jasmine & Lavender Jelly

* Middle top: Jasmine Jelly.  Cubes: Lavender Jelly.  Middle: Chocolate cookies.


JASMINE FLOWER AND LAVENDER JELLY

Jasmine Jelly :  
10gms      Jasmine Flower
2-3gms             Agar-Agar
TT                Brown Sugar 
1500ml                     Water 

Lavender Jelly:
3gms       Lavender Flower
2-3gms              Agar-Agar
TT                  Brown Sugar
1500ml                      Water

Methods:
1 ) Pour in Jasmine flower / Lavender and water in a pot. Bring it to boil.
2 ) Add in Brown Sugar and Agar-Agar mixture. Stir well.
3 ) Boil it for around 5mins then strain it out. 
4 ) Pour in a tray,let it set and place it in chiller. Serve cold.
